On a Friday afternoon in April, we found Chris Fyvie through a web search and called him to determine if he could assist us with an office space search. In June 2008 my office flooded three times. It was time to find a new location to rent. However, when I contacted commercial real estate agents, they would either a) send me 1 or 2 listings and tell me to go look at them by myself or b) try to convince me to buy property.
